## Privacy & trust

- Mera7 acts as neutral middleware between buyer and vendor, not a party to the
  transaction.
- The buyer's raw files and context never leave the buyer's AI assistant. Mera7
  only receives a summary the assistant composes.
- Mera7 filters the summary through a 3-stage pipeline (brainstorm, buyer
  extraction, vendor extraction) before any vendor-side output is produced.
- The vendor receives only a filtered qualification brief, never the buyer's
  summary and never the raw context.
- Vendor-side knowledge stays on Mera7's servers and is never exposed to other
  buyers.
- The MCP uses the same privacy boundaries as the web app; it introduces no new
  data surface.

- query_vendor: ask a grounded question about a vendor's product, optionally
  contextualized by a buyer summary; faster than analyze_fit for single answers
- ask_vendor: send a question to a vendor's AE (requires an evaluation_id from
  a prior analyze_fit)
- check_questions: poll vendor answers to questions asked via ask_vendor
